Everything you need to know before your first session.

Do I need to be in Sydney to work with Nate? +
Not at all. All healing sessions are available remotely and work equally effectively from anywhere in the world. The price is the same whether you're in Sydney, Melbourne, London or Los Angeles.
What happens in a remote session? +
Before your session you'll receive simple instructions on how to prepare. During the session, you simply lie or sit comfortably in a quiet space. Nate conducts the healing remotely. Afterwards you'll have an opportunity to share what you experienced and ask questions.
How many sessions will I need? +
This varies from person to person. Some people experience profound shifts after a single session. Others choose to work in series for deeper, cumulative transformation. Pellowah in particular is designed so that each session builds on the last. There is no pressure — you'll know when you're ready for more.
I've never tried energy healing before. Where should I start? +
Pellowah is an excellent starting point — gentle, non-invasive, and produces clear, lasting results. If you're drawn to the angelic realm, the Diamond Point Angelic Activation is a beautiful introduction. If you're unsure, reach out and Nate can help you choose what's right for where you are.
What is the difference between Pellowah and Reiki? +
Both are forms of energy healing, but they work differently. Reiki works through the practitioner, who channels energy to the client. Pellowah connects directly to the person receiving it — the practitioner acts as a conduit only, with no interpretation or diagnosis. Pellowah operates at a higher frequency and tends to produce longer-lasting shifts in consciousness.
Are workshops available on fixed dates? +
No — all workshops are available on demand. Once you book, Nate will work with you to find a time that suits. No waiting for a scheduled date. This makes training accessible no matter where you are or what your schedule looks like.
What are Nate's qualifications? +
Nate Micó (also known as Arael Aszarym) is a certified Pellowah Energy Technique practitioner and teacher, and a certified Umana Technique practitioner and teacher — trained directly by Kachina Ma'an, the founder of both modalities. He is one of the official Umana Technique teachers in Australia, holds Reiki Master certification, and is a certified Angel Numerologist trained by Radleigh Valentine.
Do you offer payment plans for workshops? +
Please reach out to discuss. Nate's priority is that the work is accessible to those who are genuinely called to it. Payment arrangements can be discussed on a case-by-case basis for workshop bookings.
