Return and Refund Policy

At Pellowah Space, we want you to have a positive experience with our services and products. As an Australian business, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Services and Session Bookings
Our sessions, including Umana Technique and Pellowah sessions, are scheduled specifically for you. Because this time is reserved exclusively for your booking, we have a strict cancellation policy.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 48 hours notice. Please email nate@pellowah.space to make changes to your appointment.
Late Cancellations and No Shows: If you provide less than 48 hours notice, or fail to attend your scheduled session, the full session fee will be forfeited.
Refunds for Services: We do not offer refunds once a service has been delivered. If there is a major problem with the service provided, you are entitled to seek a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Change of Mind and Exchanges
Please choose your sessions and products carefully. We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind.
Physical Products: We do accept exchanges for physical items (e.g., incorrect size or colour). The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Services and Digital Products: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on services or digital downloads.
3. Digital Products
Due to the immediate nature of digital downloads, such as e-books or recorded meditations, these items are non-refundable once the download link has been sent or accessed. If you experience a technical issue with a file, please contact nate@pellowah.space so we can provide a replacement.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If a physical product arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under your consumer rights.
Reporting an Issue: Please email nate@pellowah.space within 7 days of receiving your item.
Process: Include your order number and a photograph of the fault or damage. We will assess the claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or a full refund including any original shipping costs.
